FIELD: medical technique, namely traumatology and orthopedy.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes parts of standard set of Ilizaroff's apparatus and urgently mounted at first stage of operation paraarticular rings joined through telescopic tie rods and mounted at second stage of operation parafractural outer support having threaded tie rod, plates, brackets, bolts and nuts. Perimeter of outer support is regulated according to circumference of shin segment at level of fracture. Apparatus also includes bent lamellae and paraarticular needles. Contour of outer support is closed and its shape is controlled according to shin circumference. Outer support is secured to telescopic tie rods by means of bent plates. Outer support has needles and bolt type members for fixing them. There are several threaded tie rods in outer support.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treating patients with shin fractures, especially in condition of multiple trauma due to possibility for after-regulation of apparatus with parafractural outer support at controlling shape of outer support according to fractured segment.
