FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method relates to forming substances in plastic state, namely to polymer material processing to be used in production of polymer composite material products by pressing. Proposed method comprises producing male mould with appropriate forming surface made from material with high thermal expansion factor, exceeding that of die. Then die is produced for set of products from polymer composite materials to be fabricated therein. Compound is pouted into product, the compound acting as female mold with preset slot-forming inserts, and is polymerised. Now slot-forming inserts are withdrawn and required part is formed by autoclave or vacuum forming with removal of low-molecular products from aforesaid set of products through formed slot-like holes which get stopped due to thermal expansion.
EFFECT: simplified process, higher quality of finished products.
