FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and can be used for train and repair talk-back communication. In compliance with first version, proposed device comprises radio stations connected in series via primary digital channel into lower-level loop. The latter comprises bridge station with its terminal connected, via IP-gateway, local circuit switch and router, to data transfer circuit. Aforesaid radio stations connected into lower-level loop incorporate digital interface. Common dispatcher center comprises computer mounted at the monitoring and administration system operator. In compliance with second version, proposed device comprises stationary radio stations connected in series, via primary digital circuit, into lower-level loop. The latter incorporates bridge station and interface. Bridge station control output, is connected, via IP-gateway, local circuit switch and router, with data transfer circuit, while its analog output of the device is connected to analog tapping whereto connected are stationary radio stations with analog interface. Note here that stationary radio stations connected in lower-level loop incorporate digital interface. Common dispatcher center comprises computer mounted at the monitoring and administration system operator.

EFFECT: increased use ratio.
