FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly to aircraft hinged canopy drive mechanism. Mechanism drive comprises air-operated cylinder including housing hinged to aircraft fuselage, first two-way piston with two-way rod arranged in air chamber, and second piston with one-way double-action rod arranged in hydraulic chamber. First piston rod features one its side extending from the housing that can be hinged to canopy hinged part, while its other side features cut-off coupling with second piston rod. Aforesaid hydraulic chamber communicates with aircraft hydraulic system, while air chamber odes it with air system of aircraft. Mechanism drive incorporates gas pressure accumulator, gas pressure accumulator with pyrocartridge, pneumatic cylinders with their rods coupled with appropriate retainers of canopy hinged part closed position and selective shuttle-type time valve. The latter comprises body with first and second chambers, cut-off membrane, throttle sleeve and cover. Valve body features web with orifice to communicate aforesaid first and second chambers. Throttle sleeve seats in first chamber. Cut-off membrane seats in second chamber to be pressed against aforesaid by cup with dead bottom and perforated wall.
