FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains mechanism of single-piece feeding of carving wood, frame with located in top part levelers of butts of carving wood, shield packing mechanism, mechanism of pile forming, lath packing mechanisms and projecting roller conveyor. Formation mechanism of pile is implemented in the form of row of carriages with horizontal flanges and with build into rollers, enveloping vertical columns-guide ways, rigidly fixed to frame. Carriages are connected by vertical chain drives with synchronise shaft and hinges with vertical hydraulic pistons. Between carriages there are located branches of projecting roller conveyor, implemented in the form of separate frames with row of rollers. Between carriages with vertical hydraulic pistons and branches of projecting roller conveyor there are located power-driven rollers of transversal projecting conveyor. Shield packing mechanism is implemented in the form of bifurcate pick-and-place loader, installed on sliding frame with guides. Levelers of butts of carving wood are implemented in the form of two roller conveyors with power-driven roller.
EFFECT: invention provides for manufacturing capability enhancement of device.
