FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment for plane and profile milling and length cutting of boards. The machine comprises the following milling modules: of lower horizontal milling cutter, upper horizontal milling cutter and vertical milling cutters including columns, column moving mechanisms, vertical and horizontal, lower and upper spindles, spindle drives, guides for vertical milling cutter slides, adjustable support tables, height-adjustable front table, front table setting mechanism, pressure rollers: lower and upper ones, roller rotating mechanisms, upper roller pressing mechanisms, side guide fences and a mechanism for setting first side fence, upper and side pressure rollers. The machine is equipped also with feeding modules which are separate or combined with milling modules and are made as a lower frame and an upper case interconnected by the columns with the upper pressure roller and the lower roller being built in the latter. The roller rotary drives are built in the rollers, the lower roller is fixed at the front adjustable table by an axle and the table is mounted inside the lower frame on the columns. Module of the lower horizontal milling cutter is made as a frame with a built-in movable table on the columns where the horizontal spindle with the lower horizontal milling cutter is mounted above. Module of the upper horizontal milling cutter is made as a lower frame and an upper case joined by the columns; flat pressing tools are built-in in the upper case on the two sides of the upper horizontal milling cutter. The vertical milling cutter modules are made as separate or combined frames with movable tables set in the guides and fitted with built-in shells and movable vertical spindles which are connected to the movable tables by adjustment mechanisms and with the adjustable support tables being mounted on the upper decks; the machine is equipped by additional adjustable support tables fixed on the upper parts of the lower frames of the other modules.
EFFECT: simplifying the adjustment of the machine settings and expanding the range of the wood dimension types processed by the machine.
