SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lever test system for control of tractive parametre of pulling unit. Device contains test lever, allowing loading arm and arm of force, fixing device for track cable with receiving element for loading arm of test lever and with support for bearing of test lever. Method includes connection of test lever to one of track cable and implementation of unloading of track cable ensured by test force application to test lever, and by minimal value of test force, at which is absent creeping of tested track cable, it is established is tractive parametre enough .
EFFECT: providing for efficient disposition of testing of tractive parametre of pulling unit.
