FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of bearing construction plates. In manufacturing of bearing plate, initial suspension is produced by dispersion of cement hydraulic material in water, as well as ground fibers with freeness of not more than 650 ml, non-ground fibers and light filler; stearic or succinic acid is added to this suspension as saturated carbonic acid and mixed; semi-finished plate is made with application of paper-making process; and finished product is made by means of its dehydration, pressing and soaking. Bearing plate comprises the following components, wt % of total amount of hard substance: at least 20 and not more than 60% of cement hydraulic material, at least 6 and not more than 20 reinforcing fibers, at least 3 and not more than 18 of light filler, and also at least 0.1 and not more than 3% of saturated carbonic acid. Reinforcing fibers consist of ground fibers with freeness of not more than 650 ml and non-ground fibers. Stearic or succinic acid is used as saturated carbonic acid.
EFFECT: improved strength, fire-resistance, stability of size, frost-resistance, water-resistance and manufacturability.
