FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer composition which contains thermoplastic material and cross-linked microgels, which are not cross-linked using high-energy radiation, method of preparing said composition and its use in making thermoplastic objects with a defined shape and moulded articles. The thermoplastic material is chosen from a group of thermoplastic materials based on polyamides (A). The microgel in the composition is cross-linked microgel (B), obtained through emulsion polymerisation and is not cross-linked using high-energy radiation. Microgel (B) contains rubber particles chosen from a group of polybutadiene-acrylonitrile copolymers.
EFFECT: improved mechanical and physical properties of the composition, prevention of cracking due to corrosion under pressure.
