FIELD: heat and power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat and power engineering and can be applied in power steam-gas plants of binary type. Steam-gas plant contains GTP with combustion chamber at least one turbogenerator, boiler utiliser with steam loops of two or more pressures and intermediate steam re-heater, steam compressor and drive steam turbine. Plant also contains steam turbine with condenser and compressor of GTP working medium, steam turbine rotor being kinematically connected with rotor of turbogenerator, rotor of working medium compressor is installed on one shaft with rotors of drive steam turbine and steam compressor, steam turbine at input on steam is connected with output of intermediate steam re-heater, at output on steam - with input of stem condenser, compressor of GTP working medium oat input on working medium is connected with outer GTP working medium source, at output on working medium - with input of working medium GTP combustion chamber.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase operating heat drop, reduce total removal of heat into environment during condensation of waste steam and cooling of gases leaving boiler-utiliser to temperature of outside air, which as a result, ensures increase of plant efficiency factor.
