FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: turbo-rotary engine consists of rotary engine made of two coaxial blade rotors: one rotor is external and provided with covers, inlet and outlet openings and blades, and the second rotor is internal and provided with blades and inlet channels of gas engine, which are connected to combustion chamber. Besides turbo-rotary engine consists of vane turbine compressor with fan blades in fan ring channel. Turbine compressor shaft provided with openings, atomiser and ignition plug is connected through multiplier to outlet shaft of rotary engine. External rotor includes intermediate walls dividing the rotor into compressor, steam and gas engine. Internal rotor is equipped with inlet header of steam engine with hollow blades connected with a tube to the cavity made in rear cover of internal rotor. Outlet header of steam engine is connected with channels to the fan ring cavity. The cooling liquid supplying tube is connected to rotor shaft channels passing into channels of covers, cylinders of external and internal rotors, intermediate walls, and lead out to the cavity made in rear cover of internal rotor. Inside the disc of turbine of the first stage there are blades of centrifugal compressor and centripetal turbine on the additional disc. Outlet of that turbine is interconnected with channels of turbine compressor shaft and cavity made in rear cover of internal rotor.

EFFECT: increasing specific power, reliability and life time of engine, and environmental safety.
