To prevent vortex currents in magnetic medium (12), at least those its parts that enter magnetic field limited with polar tips of core and excitation winding. or those that lie in this field, are made of electrically nonconducting material. Magnetic elements (9a, 9b) may be closed with ferromagnetic coats.
EFFECT: reduction of braking force.
