FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to fruit and vegetable raw materials processing lines and can be used at producing puree-like concentrates. Production line of puree-like concentrates out of fruits, berries and vegetables includes production bunkers, washing machine, sorting-and-inspecting conveyor, worm blender, containers for storing of food additives with volume batchers. After worm blender there is a number of sequentially placed devices, namely: colloid mill for raw materials micronising, newly milled puree warmer with mixer, high pressure pump, vacuum evaporator for two-staged concentration containing heat-exchanging warmer and pump for thermostatting of vacuum evaporator inner wall, coiled heat exchanger for evaporating vapours condensation and vacuum pump; combined mixer, carousel automatic dosing-filling machine and vertical autoclave for puree jars sterilisation.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the quality of produced puree-like concentrates, decrease energy costs for production of puree-like concentrates of preset food value.
