FIELD: food engineering, in particular, equipment for reprocessing of solid and thick flesh fruits to produce fruit pulp, jam, candied fruit peels, dried fruits and vegetables, etc. SUBSTANCE: line has washing machine, cleaning machine, inspection conveyor, raw material cutting machine and cooking complex with rubbing machine, with all parts of line being connected by conveying devices. Line may be equipped with drying and packing complexes. Raw material cutting machine may be connected by conveying device to drying or packing complex or to ready product complex. Cooking complex has two feeding vessels and two cooking reactors, first of reactors being connected with first feeding vessel and second reactor - with both feeding vessels. First cooking reactor is further connected with rubbing machine, which is connected to first feeding vessel.
