FIELD: personal articles.
SUBSTANCE: method of toothbrush manufacturing, in realisation of which polyester bristles are planted into toothbrush head insert, fixed in head insert by welding to it parts of bristles protruding from its back surface by means of thermowelding. Head inset is connected with toothbrush body and bristle ends are sharpened by immersion of bristles into chemical reagent in such way that width of bristle ends constitutes from 0.01 to 0.07 mm, and length of their sharpened parts - from 3 to 7 mm. Three more versions of method of toothbrush manufacturing and toothbrush are claimed.
EFFECT: invention ensures durability of toothbrush and increase of tooth cleaning quality.
