SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing needle-shaped bristles with a short picked part includes preparation of the beam for toothbrush bristles by mixing polyester resin, which is not polytrimethylenterephthalate resin, and polytrimethylenterephthalate resin in the percentage rating from 90:10 to 40:60, and forming fibers from this mixture, cropping the bristles beam and sharpening the bristles in the cropped beam by immersion of the beam into the chemical reagent. The method of sharpening the bristles and two versions of implementation of the toothbrush is provided.
EFFECT: invention provides cutting time of sharpening the bristles and obtaining bristles with uniform thickness at the tips.
