SUBSTANCE: in method for manufacturing of needle-shaped bristle, packing sheet wrapped around bundle of bristles is cut and removed in section with length from 20 to 30 mm from the first end of bundle, the first ends of bristles are polished by rotary grinding tool, packing sheet is wrapped around the first end of bristle bundle, from which the packing sheet was previously removed, bristle bundle is cut to length from 22 to 32 mm, and the second end of bristle bundle opposite to polished first end is submerged into chemical agent to sharpen the second ends of bristle. There are another two versions of bristle making method.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and quality of bristles.
