FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied in segmental plasty of trachea and esophagus with small intestine autotransplant of vascular pedicle. Fragment 30-45 cm long on vascular arcades is separated from small intestine. Fragment is cut off from the remaining intestine tube. Continuousness of intestinal tract is restored by anastomosis "end in end", section 2-3 cm long being left on distal part of fragment. The remaining part of fragment is used for formation of muscular submucosal component of feeding pedicle. For this purpose two thirds of intestine tube are resected, leaving one third on mesenteric edge and scraping from it mucous envelope completely to basement membrane. From section of distal end of fragment that was left flap is cut out with the size of defect in trachea for sewing into trachea defect.
EFFECT: method allows to improve conditions of blood supply of intestine transplant distal section, increase strength of its vascular pedicle, reduce danger of vascular pedicle injury while passing transplant along tunnel.
