FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of small intestine-mesentery autotransplant. Autotransplant is formed by resection of 1/3 of proximal and 1/3 of distal edges of intestine fragment of flap with preservation of mesentery in full volume. For formation of vascular reservoir of transplant three pairs of radiary jejunum vessels - 3rd, 4th and 5th, 3rd and 5th pairs are transected at the level of formation of respective vascular arcades near jejunum mesentery root, single vascular pedicle of transplant being formed on 4th's of radiary jejunum arteries and vein, which are mobilised to the level of jejunum artery branching from upper mesentery artery.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to form transplant with sufficient number of insulating highly plastic material - mesentery fragment, reduce functional damage for donor zone.
