FIELD: medicine, thoracic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying a fragment of small intestine upon a vascular pedicle as a transplant and reinforcing the fragment due to suturing in a carcass into intestinal wall outside with implanted sero-muscular sutures. Moreover, for reinforcing the wall one should apply a steel wire curved out in the form of a semi-spiral with transverse parts between semi-rings, arches of the semi-spiral should be located at the side being opposite to mesentery, and the part without arches - on mesenteric part. Application of the present innovation enables to prevent the problems of tissue histocompatibility and applying microvascular anastomoses.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of transplantation.
