FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns method for preparing autologous tuberculosis vaccines. Substance of the invention consists in activation in vitro of mononuclear fractions of leukocyte recovered from the patient's blood of the patient suffering from tuberculosis by bedding on density gradient of Ficoll urographine. After centrifugation, mononuclear leukocytes collected from interphase are washed, resuspended in a culture medium DMEM environment and cultivated therein with tuberculine and Roncoleukine added. Then cells are counted, diluted to concentration 2 million cells per ml and cultivated at 5% carbon dioxide concentration. Then cells are resuspended in physiologic saline with Roncoleukine.
EFFECT: application of the method allows preparing high-effective autologous tuberculosis vaccine.
