FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: complex contains reservoir 1, coupled with the device 2 loading-unloading of oil, gas equalising system 15 with the pipeline "spark scatter" 16, gas analyzer 22 connected with the atmosphere, and with gas equalising pipe communicating with the reservoir 1 and consists of branches 18 and 20 connected at unit 17 with the pipeline 16 and pipeline 21 of safe mixture oil supply and an inert environment; system for maintaining an inert gas environment 3, compressor 4 which is connected to a gas equalising pipe and a condenser-cooler 6, communicating via the exhaust duct 7 of the compressor with receiver 9, connected to the condensate return device 10 in tank 1; by-pass line 13 with valve 14, carrying out the safe circulation of the mixture to prevent the passage through the pipeline 16 of an unacceptable concentration of oxygen to the tank; inert atmosphere receipt system 26, containing nitrogen gathering station 27, connected through a pipe 28 feeding nitrogen with the pressure regulator 30 with receiver 29 and a unit 25, connected to the receiver 9, the waste duct 23, used in abnormal exhaust capacity mode of the receiver 9 and the exhaust duct; 7 system monitoring and control 32, associated with the systems 3, 15, 26, as well as with the valve 33 of the pipeline of safe and inert atmosphere supply 21.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of fire safety measures with ensuring environmental safety increase due to elimination of emissions of hydrocarbons remaining within the structure of the complex, and reduces the cost of the device.
