FIELD: development of latent image formed on photoreceiver which is placed on inner surface of CRT display face panel. SUBSTANCE: developing device has developing chamber, panel supporting surface, vessel holding structural material of screen for storage, deagglomeration, and feeding of screen structural material, and triboelectric gun connected to vessel. Triboelectric gun charges and transfers charge of desired polarity to structural material of screen. Gun also has at least one material distributing nozzle installed at certain distance from supporting surface and used to distribute charged material for its deposition onto latent image.
