FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: these are used for erection of buildings. Elongated thermoplastic construction component is made by extrusion method from thermoplastic material. This component has means for engaging each other for interaction with adjoining component also made from thermoplastic material. Engaging means extend along entire component and are separated from each other through certain spacing. Also provided in construction component is at least one longitudinal partition which keeps engaging means in required position. Longitudinal partition has perforated holes arranged internally with respect to engaging means. Generally construction component is manufactured by method of extrusion with core of fortified thermoplastic and it has smooth sheathing applied in process of combined extrusion and coating its exposed surfaces. It is shaped profile of rectangular configuration with flat walls separated from each other by certain spacing and held in position by means of partitions spaced apart and extending along it. At least one of partitions has row of round holes cut along its length. Perimeters of these holes are located within limits of spacing between engaging means which are directed inwards. Application of aforesaid embodiment of thermoplastic construction components allows for reduction of heat transfer between external and internal surfaces of walls.
