FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes diamond processing with rotary metal disk, comprising abrasive powder. At the same time processed diamond is brought in contact with diamond-processing disk and is heated up to temperature below temperature of diamond graphitisation on air, down to 680°C. Besides in process of diamond processing, short-term periodical overheating of diamond is carried out up to the temperature of 750°C.
EFFECT: improved speed of diamond processing.
