FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining and construction under complex relief conditions and other hard rocks in earth-moving works aimed at arrangement of foundations for earthworks of various type and purpose. Method for construction of earthwork foundation under mining conditions consists in preliminary ripping of hard soils, their working and shifting beyond foundation limits, formation and cleaning of outlet surfaces with master machine by means of powerful bulldoser-ripper. Preliminary ripping is carried out layerwise, with cross shuttle longitudinal and transverse moves in the whole area, one or several layers make up a step, depth height of which should correspond to height of mouldboard lift height. Each layer is worked with mouldboard, and ripped soil is removed beyond foundation limits. Cleaning of step walls is done with transverse moves of bulldoser, when bulldoser mouldboard is horizontally deepened into wall at cleaning depth. In process of further lift of mouldboard, vertical chip is cut from wall, which fills mouldboard space, creating a conditional vertical dragging prism. As cutting edge of mouldboard reaches the step border, reverse motion of bulldoser is switched on, and soil is gradually unloaded onto surface of movement. For all steps of foundation, cleaning is done along the whole perimetre with shuttle transverse moves, angular position of steps does not exceed angle of natural soil slope. As required length is achieved, foundation outlet surfaces are finally formed and cleaned. As upper step wall is cleaned, mouldboard, having reached pit border, continues motion along external surface of foundation by value sufficient for unloading of soil from mouldboard reverse to bulldoser. As a result, a long roll of ripped soil is created along border for its efficient elevated loading into transport vehicles.

EFFECT: improved quality of works performance, stability, reliability and strength of earthwork foundation under mining conditions.
