FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to the coal mining industry and can be used when projecting and operating the coal mines, processing gas-containing and fire-hazardous seams. During degasification of the coal seam degasification wells are drilled at the angle to the line of the treating coal-face. Further, the methane is drawn off from the well and is supplied upward through the degasification pipe line by the vacuum pump. When the treating coal-face crosses the degasification wells additional intensive degasification of the coal seam is made in the zone of the chapped, fractured coal massif adjoining the treating coal-face by the bubble aeration of the wells with the air from natural ventilation from the conveyor entry towards the treating coal-face.
EFFECT: this invention improves the efficiency of the degasification of the coal seam.
