FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the degassing of overworked adjacent seams. The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of degassing of the overworked gas-bearing adjacent seams. The method of degassing the overworked adjacent seams includes the passage of a drainage working through a gas-bearing formation at a distance from the developed formation before the start of preparatory workings on the protected formation, using it as a degassing pipeline, ventilated separately. Drainage and additional paired workings are carried out perpendicular to the extraction pillars along one of the gas-bearing satellite layers from the side of the dismantling chambers of the working layer. Both workings are connected by cross slits. Then, drilling of ascending directional degassing wells is carried out in the inter-layer of the working formation and the adjacent seam closest to it towards the mining face.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of degassing of the overworked gas-bearing adjacent seams.
