FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: safe coal mine includes drilling of mine field with central and boundary inclined shafts, preparation of extraction pillars with out-post gates, development of extraction pillars along the spread of bed with longwall faces by using high-efficiency mechanised complexes. Degassing of the worked-out area is performed owing to penetration between conveyor and ventilation gates of ventilation channel of annular section, by means of which methane is pumped out from the worked-out area to the surface during second working. Degassing of coal bed in bottom-hole area is performed owing to drilling at an angle to line of mining face of well during driving of conveyor and ventilation gates; at that, fresh air is pumped through some wells to mining face, and dust-loaded and gassing air is pumped out through other wells from the mining face. Header from delivery air blower by means of which air-water mixture is supplied to mining face is connected to branch pipes of wells on conveyor gate. Header from suction fan by means of which wet dust-loaded air is pumped out of mining face is connected to branch pipes of wells on ventilation gate.

EFFECT: possibility of performing secondary working without restrictions as to gas factor.
