SUBSTANCE: invention refers to quick-release pipeline coupling. The quick-release pipe-line coupling consists of two half-couplings with spring-loaded shut-off valves containing a rod with a plate contacting a packing ring. The rod with the plate is designed to travel relative to the packing ring; also there are made grooves on the rod connecting an internal cavity of the half-coupling with atmosphere at medium pressure build-up inside the half-coupling.
EFFECT: invention expands functionality of coupling.
