FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to the bulk materials proportioning methods and can be used in weight measuring proportioning devices of continuous operation, for example in ceramic industry This result is achieved because the system contains at least one service bunker, at least one band feeder located under the service bunker and equipped with electric drive consisting of induction motor, reducer and frequency voltage transducer, general conveyer located under the band feeder and calculation and regulation block the output thereof is connected to the input of the electric drive. Service bunker is equipped with the shutter together with the band feeder creating the fixed service gap; in the place of pouring the bulk material from each of the band feeder to the general conveyor the bulk material motion detector is installed.
EFFECT: this invention ensures high security and accuracy of the proportions with the constructional simplicity and low cost of the system.
