FIELD: weight measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: when material gets on belt of conveyor 2, the latter deflects and displaces moving part 15 of potentiometric transducer 16 and contactless pickups 17. At small deflections of conveyor voltage taken off potentiometric transducer 16 is supplied to inputs 23, 24 of integrators 25 with contact 22 closed. Integrator 25 records mass of material for time of measurements performed by potentiometric transducer. In case of large deflections of conveyor, one of contactless pickup 17 operates. Relay 26 becomes energized, thereby opening contact 22. Motor 7 is started. It shifts compensating load 5 along screw 6. Conveyor 2 returns to horizontal position, and moving part 15 gets out of slot of one of contactless pickups 17. Relay 26 is deenergized. Its contact 22 gets closed, and electric circuit at input 23 of electronic integrator 25 is restored, and motor 7 becomes disconnected. Disc 8 moves in proportion to shift of load 5, and its speed changes. Toothed disc 9 secured to one axle with disc 8 enters slot of pickup 10. Number of pulses coming from disc 9 is summed by counter 11, and it is proportional to mass of material being on conveyor belt. Full mass of weighed material is equal to sum of readings of counter 11 and integrator 25. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
