FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: second force measuring sensor, connected to the adapter in parallel and the fuzzy-regulator, to the input of which two signals from the force measuring sensors come are additionally introduced in the proposed mass flowmeter-metering device for bulk materials, comprising the feeder with the controlled electric drive, the charging guide unit, the electric drive of the cantilever type conveyor, the cantilever type conveyor, the force measuring sensor, the adapter, connected to the controller. These signals, according to the linguistic variables and the fuzzy-regulator database, are converted at the output from the fuzzy-regulator to the exact weighted readings of the instantaneous mass, received to the conveyor belt, with the exact location of its mass center on the conveyor belt.
EFFECT: reduction of the measurement error and provision of high accuracy in determination of the bulk material total mass, regardless of its distribution nonuniformity on the mass conveyor belt during the movement.
