FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to testing engineering. The installation consists of a base whereon the following is assembled: a row of three disks, the middle one of which is designed for location of a circular sample on it and is arranged on the base, a wrapping in form a flexible element designed to contact external surface of the sample and enveloping two side disks, disk rotation drives and a platform with a transfer drive. Two side disks are installed on the platform; a vessel for surface-active substance is assembled on the base; while the platform facilitates partial immersion of side disks into the vessel.
