FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a base, a passive sample gripper mounted on the base, an active sample gripping, with one end associated with the active gripper and a coaxial aligned lever, an electromagnetic oscillator and a measuring device, a latch designed to periodically link the lever to the base, grippers adapted to fixedly rotate around its axis, the link between the lever and the active gripper is made in the form of a detachable connection, and the exciter and the measuring device are made in the form of two U-shaped magnetic systems fixed at the other end of the lever, one symmetrically different with respect to its axis and two coils fixed to the base, each of which is designed to interact with the corresponding U-shaped magnetic system. The device is equipped with an induction heating unit, the coil of which is located along the perimeter of the test sample and fixed to the base.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the test results by eliminating the influence of hardening, when fatigue testing the samples.
