FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly laboratory analysis. Method of mycoses detection in intestinal discharge involves microscopy of intestinal discharge preparations with homogenisation of stool emulsions with equal amount of ethyl alcohol, mixing on a slide within at least 40 sec with equal amount of a dye containing carbon pigment, and preparing a smear preparation which is dried up outside and investigated with microscope to detect spores and fungi mycelium. The method can be used as an addition to coprology to detect the patients with intestinal mycosis both with clinical symptomatology, and asymptomatic carriage.
EFFECT: development of effective method for detecting mycoses in intestinal discharge.
