FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry mostly to production of glased extracted grain products used for instance for daily breakfasts. Method of glased grain products production provides for mixture preparation by its moisturising, extraction at minimum 120°C, soaking with oil and adding of chocolate or fat glase on the product in quantity 50-80% of total product weight. After that granulated ingredients are adde on the surface of glased products. Flour is additionally used as raw material for production of the mixture. Extracted products are soaked with oil with flavouring agent or without it.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase end products quality and expand and increase products taste properties.
