FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to confectionary industry and can be used in production of wafer confectionary products. Flour confectionary good contains casing made of wafer sheets and fillers made of confectionary mass. Wafer sheets are made of beaten liquid wafer dough 1.0-2.0 mm high and filling confectionary mass is boiled mass with moisture content 13-17%.
EFFECT: obtained product allows to significantly increase storage time, decrease crumbiness due to goods shape and materials properties.
