FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: sprig is made with holes for blocking screws for sprig fixation respectively to heel, ankle bones and tibia, with coaxial through canal including threaded hole for plug and with guiding tip, which has form of blunted cone. Sprig is made stepped and contains made with tip section of smaller diametre, on which evenly placed are holes for blocking screws for fixation of sprig to tibia, section of larger diametre, on which located are hole for blocking screws for fixation of sprig to ankle bone and not more than two holes for blocking screws for fixation of sprig to heel bone, and transition section, made in form of blunted cone for connection of sections with smaller and larger diametre. On the section of smaller diametre closer to tip hole is made oval, and axis of the other hole of said section, closest to sprig butt end, is located at distance from butt end, constituting 0.66 of sprig length for blocking sprig to tibia in case of its distal fractures. On the section of larger diametre axes of holes for blocking screws for fastening to heel bone are located at distances from sprig butt end, respectively constituting 0.06 and 0.12 of sprig length. Axis of hole for blocking screws for fixation to ankle bone is located at distance from sprig butt end, constituting 0.22 of sprig length. Length of section with larger diametre constitutes 0.66 of length of section with smaller diametre. Diametre of section with smaller diametre constitutes 0.9 of diametre of section with larger diametre.

EFFECT: invention ensures axial and rotational stability of ankle joint arthrodesis for the whole period of treatment in case of ankle bone fractures and distal tibia metaphysis accompanied by aseptic necrosis, with simultaneous reduction of bone trauma, elimination of injury of foot dorsal artery, posterior tibial artery, artery feeding tibia, artery of calcaneal branches and calcaneous network, with elimination of injury of subcutaneous leg nerve, superficial fibular nerve, nerves of muscular branches, medial dorsal cutaneous nerve, deep fibular nerve, as well as elimination of injury of muscular branches rami usculares of anterior tibial muscle, with simultaneous reduction of treatment terms by creating compression and with possibility of early loading on operated extremity.
