FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, can be used in physiotherapy, cosmetology for therapeutic and revitalising exposure on nail plates. A device contains thermal exposure elements comprising thermoelectric modules. The elements are mounted on the base with trapeziform grooves and longitudinal ribbed sockets, and movable along the guide grooves of the base by flanges of the same trapezoid shape tightly fitted in the groove of the base. Each movable element represents a rectangular box with a flap cover containing a gel layer wherein a temperature sensor connected to a control unit is provided. The cover is in thermal contact with hot junctions of the thermoelectric module. The second junctions of the module adjoin an air-cooler. The flap cover accommodates a clamp comprising a pointed pin to be inserted in the ribbed sockets of the base.

EFFECT: application of the invention allows ensuring close contact with an exposing segment and cooling and heating change for contrast massage.
