SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for thermal exposure of an individual's hand comprises a temperature stimulant. Thermoelectric cells of the temperature stimulant are integrated into a flexible support with mount holes and electrically wired to a programmable power supply. The holes are arranged in line along the length of the support. On its periphery, the support has a Velcro fastener and configured as two synthetic flexible cloths sewed together by caprone thread along the perimeter of the mounted thermoelectric cells at 2-3 mm from the borders. The cloth partially comes over the surfaces of the thermoelectric cells and closes 2-3 mm thereof along the perimeter. Internal junctions of the thermoelectric cells face an individual's hand and are placed in a thermal contact to a flexible thermobalancing plate through a heat transfer paste. External junctions of the thermoelectric cells contact through a heat transfer paste to thin-walled flexible containers filled with a melting working substance having a melting point of 35-45°C. The containers are used for heat takeoff and angularly sewed to the support by caprone thread. From the external junctions of the thermoelectric cells, the support is placed in its entire area in a firm mechanical contact to a cuff piped to a pump, the operation of which is regulated by a control unit.

EFFECT: using the invention is supposed to simplify the design and reduce its size and weight.
