FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for thermal exposure of an individual's hand comprises a temperature stimulant. Thermoelectric cells of the temperature stimulant are integrated into a flexible support with mount holes and electrically wired to a programmable power supply. The holes are arranged in line along the length of the support. On its periphery, the support has a Velcro fastener and configured as two synthetic flexible cloths sewed together by caprone thread along the perimeter of the mounted thermoelectric cells at 2-3 mm from the borders. The cloth partially comes over the surfaces of the thermoelectric cells and closes 2-3 mm thereof along the perimeter. Internal junctions of the thermoelectric cells face an individual's hand and are placed in a thermal contact to a flexible thermobalancing plate through a heat transfer paste. External junctions of the thermoelectric cells contact through a heat transfer paste to thin-walled flexible containers filled with a melting working substance having a melting point of 35-45°C. The containers are used for heat takeoff and angularly sewed to the support by caprone thread.

EFFECT: using the invention is supposed to simplify the design and reduce its size and weight.
