FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of saving citizens in case of fire. Method of rescuing citizens from high floors of multi-storey buildings with fire blocking evacuation routes, in which each rescue citizen is equipped with an individual cocoon overalls, putting it on each citizen, filling the space between the outer and inner parts of the coveralls with gas to form a protective layer around the escaping citizen of sufficient thickness, providing for suppression of dynamic forces when meeting with an obstacle, automatically unlocking cocoon coveralls with a fleeing citizen and sending him into free fall, during gas leak it is replenished from compressed air reservoir of coverall coconut, on external surface of cover-piece it is fixed ropes of micro-parachutes, which domes are opened at free fall of cocoon coveralls with escaping citizen. According to the invention, the rescuers are equipped with a drone equipped with a telescopic rod with a container at the end, loaded into a container cocoons-overalls for each rescued citizen, sending a drone in flight to a window or balcony, where there are rescued citizens, after recruiting corresponding position, container is moved by telescopic bar into opening of window or balcony, rescuing citizens withdraw cocoons from coveralls from container, put them on themselves, lay on abdomen on window sill or rail balcony and include supply of compressed gas from reservoir of compressed gas cocoon coverall, after filling with gas repel it from window sill or balustrade balcony, than drop cocoon jumps into free fall, at which air jets open micro-parachutes, at landing dampening dynamic forces due to protective layer of gas around escaping citizen.

EFFECT: simplification of device for rescue of citizens at fire blocking of their evacuation routes.
