FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to foundry, particularly to sleeve of clock of cylinders of internal combustion engine. At external surface of sleeve filled by metal directly or through intermediate layer there are implemented projection in the form of neck of bottle for increasing of engagement between sleeve and block of cylinders. At top section of external surface of cylinder sleeve it is implemented roughness filled by metal for increasing of adhesive ability of top section of sleeve and creation of difference in thermal conductivity in axial direction of sleeves. On external surface of sleeve it is sprayed layer of metallic material.
EFFECT: due to keeping of temperature of hole wall of cylinder in corresponding range of temperatures it is provided keeping of round shape of cylinder hole and prevention of coefficient of efficiency reduction of fuel owing to leakage of exhausts and mechanical losses.
