FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to microlayer composites for application in pneumatic diaphragms, in particular in internal shells of tyres. Microlayer composite is made of elastomer composition, including at least one elastomer, which represents homopolymer or copolymer of links derived from isoolefine from C4 to C7, and thermoplastic resin with high barrier properties selected from group, including at least one component from complex polyether, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl chloride and polyamide. Composite is made by joint extrusion of mixture in the form of microlayers.
EFFECT: improved barrier properties of air impermeability of microlayer composite.
