FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of printing produce and may be used in manufacturing of printing produce with counterfeit protection, with application of microperforation and/or impression. Device for impression and microperforation comprises a system of shafts wit drive for pulling of stock web of printing produce, which has counterfeit protection with application of cold impression and microperforation. Axes of shafts are parallel to each other and perpendicular to one vertical plane. Unit of upper puncheon stator part and unit of lower movable die part of device comprise working tools of impression and microperforation installed on them in their seating places with application of precision conductors, and tools are arranged in the form impression dies and microperforation puncheons, which are fixed on upper puncheon stator part, and impression dies and microperforation dies fixed on lower movable die part, between which stock web is pulled. Movable carriage is installed with the possibility to make continuous reciprocal movements in horizontal; plane, and provision of start-stop reciprocal motion of stock web in zone of working tools of impression and microperforation. Carriage is arranged in the form of system of two shafts, axes of which are parallel to each other and are installed in one horizontal plane. Shafts are rigidly connected to each other and equipped with drive. Crank-conrod mechanism interacts with lower movable die part and transforms rotary motion of crankshaft into reciprocal motion of lower movable die part. In lower movable die part of device, where impression dies and microperforation dies are installed, on the side of surface, which interacts with adjacent surface of dies, cavities are arranged, which are connected to each other by means of channels into vacuum header with the possibility to provide for collection and further removal of perforation waste - chop, and also with the possibility to provide for equality of underpressure values in cavities of microperforation dies. At the same time block of working tools of upper puncheon stator part for provision of stock web fixation directly before contact of puncheon working surfaces and stock web is equipped with fixing nozzle arranged in the form of frame, which is installed with the possibility of displacement in vertical plane along guides, and spring-loaded from the side of body of upper puncheon stator part with provision of gap between frame and body of upper puncheon stator part in phase of stock web pulling, and interacting with stock web in process of perforation.
EFFECT: improved extent of printing produce protection, improved manufacturability, and also increased speed, accuracy and reliability of impression and microperforation process performance.
