FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method includes material arrangement in closed matrix cavity, made by six plates, and material deforming loading by means of pairwise reciprocating movement of said plates towards common geometric centre of the matrix cavity and from common geometric centre of the matrix cavity. The device contains top base with located in it top die with rod, bottom base with installed in it bottom die with rod, and installed by pairs against each other side dies with rods, six plates installed by their work surfaces towards the common geometric centre creating closed matrix cavity, and being in contact by their back planes with the appropriate dies. The work surfaces of the plates are in contact with side surfaces of the adjacent plates. The device has ejectors, installed by pairs with rods and being in contact with end surfaces of the plates, and elastic elements to ensure permanent contact between the adjacent plates.

EFFECT: increased quality of pressing die to exclusion of powder pockets.
