FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to shipbuilding and creation of passive facilities for moderation of rolling for vessels with larger ratio of width to draught, which have higher transverse stability and sharp rolling. It is recommended for floating cranes, crane vessels, transport docks, floating beacons, barracks and other sea objects, for which the main mode of operation consists in functioning without motion. Device for moderation of rolling in crane and other vessels with larger ratio of width to draught, highly arranged center of masses and high transverse stability has passive dampers of rolling in the form of strong structures protruding beyond body limits. Doubled external vertical bottom neutralisers of wave loads are installed near above mentioned vessel along boards with height of Hbn≥0.2T, where T is vessel draught, and length Lbn≤0.8L, where L is vessel length. External vertical plates of these neutralizers are continuation of boards, and internal ones are parallel to external ones and are distance from them at the distance of bbn≈(0.4-0.6)Hbn. All these vertical plates are rigidly (for instance, with the help of welding) connected to vessel bottom, which is arranged with reinforced strength. Lower edges of vertical plates of vertical bottom neutralisers are supported with horizontal strips with width of δn≈(0.2-0.3)Hbn, and vertical plates themselves in vertical bottom neutralisers additionally to vessel bottom are rigidly fixed along the whole length with inclined sheets, which make an angle of 20-30° with them.

EFFECT: possiblity to considerably reduce parametres of rolling of vessels in case of roughness of specified intensity without application of mechanical systems for its moderation.
