FIELD: process engineering, packing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisation of auxiliary jobs in fabrication of concrete mixes, particularly to unpacking soft containers with cement. Horizontal beam is arranged at a distance from chamber top edge equal to container height, and at the chamber center on face walls. The latter accommodate shelves attached to them at 45° to 55° to shelf horizon. Horizontal ties with triangular knives fastened on to tie top edges are arranged in spacings between beam and shelves, knives sharpened edges directed upward. Ties are arranged to run in guides fixed on chamber face walls and interjointed by T-like crossbar articulated with crank mechanism furnished with drive. Crank radius is taken to exceed half the spacing α between knives on tie rods. Lever is pivoted to crossbar and to bell crank arm. Bell crank pivot is fitted on chamber face wall edge. Bell crank other arm represents a comb with curvilinear teeth directed towards container located in chamber to pierce down its enclosure when bell crank turns. Chamber and crank mechanism are fixed on horizontal frame loaded by helical springs towards the base. Eccentric weight is fitted on high-speed drive shaft aligned with triangular section beam. There is a cement receiving appliance arranged under the container with a gap with respect to container bottom edge, and in the frame opening.
