SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisation facilities of indirect labour while manufacturing of concrete mix, particularly to device for unpacking of soft containers with cement. In the device for removing on top edge of chamber, equal to height of container height, in middle part of chamber on its butt walls it is fixed horizontally oriented beam. On side walls of chamber there are fixed inclined on-the-mitre 45-55° to horizon shelves. In gaps between beam and shelves with gaps between them there are located horizontally oriented drawbars with fixed on it top edges by cutter of triangular shape with directed upwards acute-angled edges. Drawbars are installed with ability of shift in guides, fixed on end walls of chamber, and connected to each other by crossbeam T-shaped form in plane, which is interlocked to crank gear, outfitted by drive. Radius r crank is accepted more than half of pitch a of cutters arrangement on drawbars. With crossbeam it is pivotally connected lever, which is by means of other joint is connected to lever of double-armed lever, joint of which is installed on top edge of end wall of chamber, and the second arm of double-armed lever in plane is implemented in the form of rack with cogs of curved shape. Cogs of rack are directed to the side of located in chamber container with ability of puncture of its shell while rotation of double-armed lever.
